As a dedicated real estate professional, U.S. Air Force veteran, former educator, and Broker/Owner of Living the Hy Life Realty, Cynthia is committed to serving her clients with excellence, integrity, and genuine care.
Cynthia brings a unique background of service, education, leadership, and community connection to every real estate transaction. Her experience as a military dependent, military spouse, and U.S. Air Force service member gives her a personal understanding of the challenges and transitions military families face.
Whether helping clients navigate a PCS move, purchase their first home, sell before relocation, or settle into a new community, Cynthia is passionate about making the process as smooth and informed as possible.
Having roots in the Columbus, Georgia area since the late 1980s, Cynthia has witnessed the community grow, change, and progress over the years. Her deep local knowledge allows her to provide clients with valuable insight into the Columbus, Fort Benning/Fort Moore, Phenix City, and surrounding areas.
Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, military families, sellers, investors, or clients relocating to a new area, Cynthia uses her expertise to guide each client through the buying, selling, and investing process with professionalism, patience, and a personal touch.
